Introducing our beautiful range of toys by Japanese company MastroGeppetto; Conceived and designed by the Japanese toymaker Shuhei Tominaga, and made in Japan by a passionate group of woodworking craftspeople from Minami Aizu.
CUBICOLO is designed to teach children about the sense of volume and colour through play. In the beginning, the small child can play with CUBICOLO as a dropbox-toy by dropping blocks through the hole open in the lid of the wooden box. Then, by using the wooden box (lid) as a frame, the growing child can create 12 x 12 cm 2D compositions in different patterns. This play will extend as the child develops to include 3D formations and all sorts of imaginative play.

The idea of MastroGeppetto was initially started in early summer, 2009, by the team members of a sawmill, a wooden production factory, a furniture factory, a few craftsmen, a wooden residential company, and a designer. Each professional is making every effort in their specialty fields to produce quality toys. The same dream and direction of MastroGeppetto team is: "Introducing toys to all over the world from Minami Aizu."
