Life Stationery was founded in 1946 by Yasuhiro Saito. He decided to call his company Life Stationery to recognise the new opportunities and future of his country and business after WWII. The stationery products were initially sold on the streets of Japan, from bicycle-drawn carts. The Life Stationery range is still made by hand... hand cut, hand glued, hand bound.
